  • These are not just any normal flapjacks...these are gluten free flapjacks 😆! ________________________________________________________I just wanted to do a shout out to anyone that suffers with any gluten intolerances! As much as I loveeeeeeee to bake... I’ll tell you a secret 🤫. I can’t actually eat any of them. I actually suffer with a few food intolerances. But this does not mean I don’t love to have a sweat treat myself, so I have spent many years learning to bake yummy treats to suite my food intolerances. I can eat as many of these flapjacks as I like and they taste sooo good 🤤!! I make these every week for myself and I take one to work with me everyday to have with my afternoon brew. If you are also a person who suffers with any food intolerances or even just wants a healthy sweat treat with there afternoon brew! Then give this recipe ago: • 100g dates (soak in 100ml boiling water) • 1 large banana or 2 baby ones 🍌 • 50g coconut oil 🥥 • 1 tsp vanilla essence • 1/2 tsp baking powder • 250g gluten free oats (or normal oats if can eat them) • 100g sultanas Put all inregidence minus the oats and sultanas into a bowl and blitz with a food processor. Then add the in the oats and sultanas and mix in till it is all combined. Then grease a square tin with melted coconut oil and place a sheet on baking paper on the base. Put this in the oven on 180 degrees for around 15-20 mins. Then let them cool for 10 mins before cutting into squares. These are so yummy and ten times healthy then normal flapjacks and soooo easy to make! Ingredients: 225 g flour 50 g bread flour 2 tsp. (8 g) sugar 5 g fast dry yeast 2 g of tartar (can be replaced by a pinch of citric acid) 310 ml of warm water ½ cup (125 ml) of warm 2% milk ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt Cooking: 1. Mix two types of flour, sugar, yeast and cream of tartar. Add water and mix with a wooden spoon until the mass is smooth and smooth, the dough will be thick but sticky. Cover the bowl with foil and set aside for an hour. 2. Combine the milk, soda and salt, add to the dough all at once, stirring until smooth. The dough will be wet and elastic. 3. Heat the pan on medium heat and grease it well. Grease 3-4 baking rings (diameter 10 cm) and place them on the pan. Fill the rings with dough for about half a centimeter. 4. (8 г) сахара 5 г быстродействующих сухих дрожжей 2 г винного камня (можно заменить на щепотку лимонной кислоты) 310 мл теплой воды ½ чашки (125 мл) теплого 2% молока ½ ч.л. пищевой соды ½ ч.л. соли Приготовление: 1. Смешайте два вида муки, сахар, дрожжи и винный камень. Добавьте воду и перемешайте деревянной ложкой, пока масса не станет однородной и гладкой, тесто будет плотным, но липким. Накройте чашу плёнкой и отставьте на час. 2. Соедините молоко, соду и соль, добавьте в тесто все сразу, помешивая до однородного состояния. Тесто будет влажным и эластичным. 3. Разогрейте сковороду на среднем огне и хорошо смажьте ее. Смажьте 3-4 кольца для выпечки (диаметр 10 см) и поместите их на сковородку. Заполните кольца тестом примерно на полсантиметра. 👇👇👇
